CDWOW Poor Customer Service and problems with "backordering"

I know, there's so many problems with this company that I found out after ordering!

I ordered a game off them that was in stock and then it was "backordered". Needed this for a birthday so emailed them and was told it could take 3 weeks to be in stock and another couple of weeks postage. I canceled and wanted a refund but they said they couldn't refund back to my card. They kept trying and I told them the details of the card again. No luck. They said they give me a voucher. I have tried ordering 3 more items in stock to get backordered again. They actually cancelled my last order without me asking.

I guess because they are in Hong Kong I have no rights?

Absolute diabolical company!!
 
I'm using them for years but only ordered CDs so far. Never a problem or any hassle. Products arrived here in less then 10 working days. It's obviously down to the individual case/ product.
 
I used to use these guys for years and they were great, cd's, dvd's games hardly ever a problem.....I believe they almost went bust a few years ago, think a fire wiped out their warehouse with a lot of stock.
Anyway since then I used them maybe about 6 times, they were pretty dreadful. Order a pre-release item say a month before the release date, not getting dispatched and then getting emails saying it would be another few weeks.

Happened on about 3 occasions that pre-release orders I made arrived about a month after the release date. I gave up with them and never ordered anything with them again.
