CD WOW - budget versions

Does anybody know what a CD WOW "budget version" is? As a specific example, these 2 CDs:

GWEN STEFANI - Sweet Escape (Budget Version) - € 9.99

GWEN STEFANI - Sweet Escape - € 11.99
http://www.cdwow.ie/detail_results.php?product_code=1048189

They have the same tracklisting and album art. There's a different product code in the URL, but the only difference seems to be that the budget version is € 2 cheaper.

Can anyone who has ordered and received a budget version explain the difference between the two?

i think they state that there is no booklet inside it? I know cd wow are doing a budget version of the u2 new album and i think thats all that u miss out on

Sounds bizarre. Would it not just be as easy to then buy the album off iTunes or other online music vendor? I thought part of the attraction of still purchasing physical music media (as opposed to online or virtual) is that you get the album cover and booklet...
