Hi I had a loan refused recently, the lender said there were maximum 64 missed payments on a mortgage I have.
Those missed payments accrued up to 4 years ago (long story) but a few months later we reached agreement and I paid all dues and got back to zero missed payments. My question is How long will lenders be able to see that there were maximum 64 missed payments at one point? Its a 20 year mortgage so will it always be there? until the loan is closed and 5 years pass?
I know they can see 2 years payment history but what about the other indicators like above, when do they get removed?
Thanks for your help
