CAT Bilateral agreements

I am aware that Ireland has entered into bilateral agreements regarding payment of Capital Acquisitions Tax, with the UK and US, so one doesn't pay the same tax twice - in each country.

Does anyone know if there are similar agreements with other countries? The only agreements I can find on the revenue website don't relate to CAT - mainly corporation, capital gains and income taxes.

I'd appreciate any pointers.

I found that too, thanks. But I couldn't find any reference to CAT

If the double taxation agreements don't cover CAT then perhaps there are no bilateral agreements at all on such taxes?
