I am working in an industry where it is necessary to take people on for a couple of days to cover a once off project. Therefore we will need to recruit people. Someone has told me a form exists where it states the person is responsible for own taxes. Anybody have any info? The problem with having to take on the employees as per usual is that we may have to take 30 people on for 1 day!! I am aware of the rules re contracts of/for services.
