Casual Trading License

[Thai'd Up]

I have found out that in order to sell food from a mobile vendor (eg. a burger van) I must get a Casual Trading License.
I have been on the Dorsetforyou.com website to try and apply for one of these, but to no avail, they just keep going on about a Street Trading License...
But that doesnt apply to food!!
Getting so frustrated with the council right now haha

If you are looking at sites about Dorset, I'm guessing you're in the UK, so any advice from this Irish website might not be any use to your circumstances.
