Castlelake, Carrigtohill

Anyone know when the next phase of this development is for sale? Anyone any idea on prices here or how much previous phase went for? The selling agents are keeping their cards close to their chests on this one - not getting much help from them!
Also, if anyone has bought here how pleased are you with your purchase? I'm quite interested in buying in Carrigtohill (first time buyer).

Are you still interested in a property in castlelake? I plan to sell mine that has never been lived in, in a few weeks time..
