Are these apartments really classy or something for someone to look for 800 euros for 1 room to share. Am is missing something ?

As one (of two) who had to pay 1300 pm for 2 bed dogbox two years ago, 800 for a 1 bed doesn't seem off the scale. Sad perhaps, but that's the situation.

BTW, who wouldn't be sold on the bare mattreses displayed and the matching orange picture? Clearly, the place has been professionally designed.

its 800 a month for a room in a shared 2 bed appartment.

the 2 beds are going for 1200 a month.
so if you could get someone to rent a room for 800, your rent would only be 400 per month.

millrace road is in the old racecourse off the navan road.
