Castleheights, Carrigaline, Cork: Rumours about this development.

My Partner and I are First time buyers and are both very tempted to purchase a semi-detached house in Castleheights, Carrigaline.

Being from Carrigaline I am familiar with the area.

This is not an issue; however I have heard so many rumours regarding the development; bad workmanship, risk of subsidery, Construction Company gone bust.

Can someone enlighten me please.

Personally, i would not purchase from them, i know some one who did and who is very unhappy with the final result, when things start to go wrong they have no one to phone just deal with it your self, best to ask auctioneer in the area.

there fantastic houses, spec is very high, i know friends who moved there an have had no complaints....id highly reccomend them
