Look for information about Castle Riada Crescent

What are the positives and negatives??

Where in the world is Castle Riada Crescent. There is a castle riada crescent in Lucan and if it is that one, there are plenty of threads on about Lucan.
 
Castle Riada very similar to all the other newish estates in Lucan. It would be a quiet enough area and you are quite near to the shops/etc at Penny Hill.

I lived nearby in one of the Estates until 2 years ago - found the area a bit soul less at the time, but never had any major anti social behaviour issues etc. Have noticed that in many of the estates they are establishing residents assocations with fun days, etc, so that can only be good for building up community spirit.
 
Have to agreed, soulless environments, which I think over the years will just get worse.
