Cash & Purchase Finace Charge?????

Hi just wondering I have not purchase with my cc in over 6 mths - I do transfer money from it to my current a/c and vice versa! I am being charge approx €10 for Purchase Finance Charge each moth as well as approx €8/9 Cash finance Charge each month also get charge a Cash Advance fee? Is this right???? Can't understand the purchase Finacen charge if I am not using it to buy etc! Thanks a mill

Why? Transferring money from your CC account is the same as borrowing, which is why they are hitting you with these fees.
