I notice that Daft have 156 houses for sale there -is anything moving there at all? On the rental side, there are only 10 houses for rent. Quite a strange period in the market, I think....
I don't know about anything moving there but I have been down there and it's a beautiful part of the country.....my brother lived there for a while and absolutely loved the area.
For some reason, Dennehy has managed to get Sale Agreed on a bunch of houses in Heron's Wood over the last week or so, most of them fairly new to the market. Of course there's no telling what the price agreed was, or if the sales will actually close...

I have also noticed that there is only 10 houses for rent - if i had the money i'd buy another to rent out as houses around the area achieve good rent.
