Carpet fitting price estimates

Hi,I would like know some thing about fitting prices for rented house.
Do someone know how much is per sq meter for fitting of carpet,when i have all ready carpet with underlay and grippen in house.And how big difference in fitting prices is if underlay + grippens is fitted on floor ?
In house we would like fitt L/r..two B/r (50m2) and 10steps. So how much can same fitter +- require per sq.m JUST for FITTING and how is charged step on stairs..?

Carpet Right stores have a website where I think they will give you a price for fitting.
