Caring for leather upholstery

Just wondering what AAMers recommend as the best way to care for leather upholstery and which products you'd recommend. Changed my car recently and don't want it to go the way of many with "cracked" leather seats. Cream leather btw if that makes any difference. Thanks!

Baby wipes will clean the leather seats, steering wheel and trim, but I think they may actually dry out the leather and damage it even more. Baby wipes contain chemicals to clean urine and so on and are not designed for leather.

From reading some car forums, ordinary saddle soap followed by a conditioner like the autoglym that i've suggested above has been mentioned many times, and as many people rejecting the baby wipe suggestion.
