Carers Allowance- wrong amount awarded

I am having awful problems reg means test for Carers Allowance. I decreased my hours over a 5 week period then was on a fixed wage- have sent in payslips for each week and letter from my employer telling how I was decreasing my hours.

At same time I applied for lone parents and got it based on my new income no problem with the letter and a payslip. I have had 1 review done already where I was awarded nothing. Now they calculated my weekly rate on the week before I started on my new income so am only getting half what I am entitled to. I have sent so much info- bank statements, several payslips, letters of explanation.

The deciding officer told me to apply for a new review and she wants months of payslips. Any advice what to do? I was absolutely gutted after speaking to the deciding officer. I just can't understand why Lone Parents was awarded no fuss and this issue reg means is going on over 3 months at this stage.

PS 2 kids in receipt of DCA so no medical issues reg application

What rate of carer's allowance were you awarded?

You are only entitled to half-rate carer's allowance because you're on one parent family payment - does this explain the amount you've been awarded?
