Career Coaches - Are they worth it?

Has anybody here ever used a career coach and are they worth it? Is psychometic testing worth it?
 
Would personally consider it a waste of time and money. Spent several hours with one, paid for by former employer, as previous poster said told me nothing I didn't know. Maybe it depends what age you are, might be of more benefit the younger you are as maybe you wont have figured some of it out yourself if young!

Hi! Cashier, I think I'll buy the CD's from Easons - didn't know they did them - though I might not need them as I have been offered a job in Guernsey starting in August which I am just about to post about. Thanks again.
