my grandmother lived at home with my parents,my mother a retired nurse cared for her however my uncle signed her into a care home when my mother was getting resbite and he put down my parents names as next of kin there followed a lenghty family squabble in which most prefered my grandmother in a proper care home how ever when my grandmother died the home sent the outstandind bill of nearly 10 thousand euro to my parents they refused to pay now the home is sending threatening letters,the rest of the family whom all live in the uk say that its not there problem as my parents took over the family farm back in the 70s,my grandmother died in 2008? can any one help us
