got my car serviced last week Audi A3TDi put castrol 505.01, It should be longlife vw 507.00, Paid for 5 litres engine only takes 3.8 liters including filter , no joy from Audi Service Shop. Paid €325
Im sure you can get some money back on the oil if you push for it,after all you were charged for something you didn't get.
If its not long life oil it just means it will be changed sooner....better for them maybe if you go back there but i would definitely question it.
