hi can anyone recommend a good place in louth or westmeath for car servicing that does a ggod service at a good price? also how much is to get brake pads replaced?
 
Is Castleblayney too far?

I would recommend John Bogues (Ford garage). Ask for Seamus - old school guy - fair, thorough and reasonable.

As for brake pads - depends a bit on car.
 
What about looking up north Liz seeing as you are so close?
I have read many threads quoting big savings up there.
 
Liz - maybe you are sorted but if the Tyrellspass in Westmeath is not too far for you, I can recommend a very good place for a service, it's where I always get my car done for a lot cheaper than I have got quoted in Dublin. Let me know and I'll pm you his name and number
