Hi, I went to Italy on holidays, rented a car and was warmly suggested by the car rental company to apply for the damage cover insurance as well because of the hailstorm that happened a few weeks ago... I thought that "acts of God" were covered by the base insurance... Were you aware that in case of damages from acts of God the base insurance of the rented car doesn't apply???
