Car rental Chicago

Does anyone know of a car rental company I could use in Chicago? Staying in the city for a week but we just want to hire a car for a day to head out to Gurnee Mills or Kenosha for some shoping while we're there.

I believe Avis and Hertz has downtown locations. Some Hotels offer Car rental service from the Concierge desk.
