I got a phone call yesterday saying that the new car that I bought a few months back had to be brought back to the garage to have a fault rectified. The job will take two hours. This is a terrible inconvenience. Is there any compensation available for this inconvenience or do I just have to grin and bear it?
Exactly what I thought Rainyday so I rang their head office (Citroen) to find out a little more. The first thing I was asked for was my chassis number which I didn't have, them my registration number. I explained to the lady that I was only looking for some information on the recall of Citroen C4's. She was unable to give me a straight answer unless I could provide her with my chassis number or registration. Strange?
