can anyone tell me if there would be a market for rental of a car park space in a private house driveway or are only gated/underground car park spaces suitable for rental?
 
This company [broken link removed] advertise parking spaces in private driveways.. Look in to it carefully though. Find out if your liable for any damage to a car if it's parked on your property. Although, most places I park in have signs declaring no responsibility to loss or damage of a car whilst parked there. Something that simple might cover you.. Still, I'd check it out first.
