Hi I will be visiting Bulgaria for about 8 weeks soon and I would like to buy or hire a car once I arrive, the price for car hire that I have been quoted is £1800. Has anyone got any information on how or where to hire or purchase a car.
Also if anyone has visited this country could they tell me any information on how they found the people and country.
