Car hire in Dublin 7 (and environs)

I need to drive to Belfast next week and want to pick up a car hire - maybe somewhere like Drumcondra or Phibsboro. I usually book online but will probably need to phone a local office. Any suggestions as to where there might be a suitable pick-up office.

Budget have a car hire location in Drumcondra, I used to get there cars there now and then and had no problems.
