Car Dealer not honouring warranty - what am i to do?

I bought a jeep from a car dealer a few months ago with a six month warranty was told it had recently had new timing belt fitted and full service. I got it serviced a couple week later only to find timing belt was fitted incorrectly and now the clutch isn't working its now undriveable! Found out by fluke that car dealer lied timing belt had been fitted 1 1/2 year ago have been chasing them for 7 weeks now and they wont fix the jeep they keep saying they will but now they wont even answer their phone to me. Have sent them a registered letter of complaint - cannot get the jeep to their garage as it wont drive now what can i do

Sue them. If they are SIMI members consult them too.

I will get onto my solicitor but i have been told cardealers like them don't take solicitor letters seriously and they aren't simi dealer.

Did you get a written warranty or a detailed service history showing work done?
