Car collection in the UK

Hi,

Anyone every use this company for collection of a car from the UK and vouch for them [broken link removed] ?

Can you recommend a company to collect a car? I've rang NVD but, haven't found them that helpful plus you can't collect a car on a Saturday from their depots!
