Car CD unit repair?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows of anywhwere in Dublin that I can get my car CD unit cleaned/repaired?
The garage tells me that they have to remove it and send it to another location for Cleaning/Repair and this will take a week.
Does anyone know if I could get this done in the same location and speed the process up a bit?
A 'One stop shop' so to speak...

Toyota.

id be inclined to try some of the auto dismantlers first

I had a Lexus is200 (manufactured by Toyota) a few years back and I had a problem with the CD unit twice. In both instances it had to be removed by the main dealer and sent off elsewhere for repair. I have a pal who used to be in the car audio trade so I'll ask him if he's any advice/suggestions for you !
