Just to see if anyone knows much about Capital North (Clongriffin I think is the name now).

There is going to be a DART station but I`ve heard not much about a completion date with it does anybody know anything about how you could find out.
I know that it remains great value (relative to the rest of Dublin!!) and with the Coast development coming soon it will only get better but does anybody know if the developers have a good rep at actually completing the Commercail Centre and DARTS that are promised.

The DART station was previously discussed in this thread, I don't know if completion dates have been finalised. The Transport/Commuting forum on www.boards.ie should yield some more information.
