Capital Gains - Sold my UK Former residence

Hope someone can help?

I lived in London for 15 yrs returning to Ireland Sept 2005. I bought my flat in London March 2005 this was only/main residential home until I came back to Ireland.

I rented the property out Sept 2005 til July 2007 and sold it Dec 2007.

Will I have to pay CGT in Ireland?
