Hi!
I just caught the end of Capital D last night. The programme showed up a restaurant as being bad value for monet called Les Frere Jacques . However just before this item they were interviewing the owners of what they considerd a good value for money restaurant, with good food at reasonable prices. a bit like cafe bar deli where you can't pre book, but simply turn up and wait for a table.
I didn't catch the name of it, but it sounded worth checking out. Did anyone catch the name?

Hi,
I believe it was L'Gueuleton on Fade Street, beside...Hogans??
Google 'restaurant fade street' and you'll get it.

I've attempted to eat there twice and both times they were so busy they were full for the evening. Menu looks interesting and very reasonable.

What's the name of the critic who's printing the 100 top restaraunts in Dublin, Michael / Mark ....?

Actually, anyone know a good place to get reviews of Dublin restaraunts on the web?

I liked the programme but i think it crammed too much into 1 show. Could have had a whole episode on the migrant population and how they're adapting. I was really interested in this.

Programme definetly has potential

The Dubliner magazine publish the 100 Best Restaurants.
For website [broken link removed] give decent information.

Googling "dublin restaurant reviews" will get you decent results.
