cape verde.....advice

hi,
thinking of buying a two bed apartment in sol cape verde.......anyone bought there already? any advice ect......would be greatfull.

starlite, my brother and 2 friends were over in the summer with 110% intentions to buy, they returned with cash intact. They felt it was too far, infrastructure too poor and that by the time it would have everything up to scratch they'd have too many years invested in it to "flip it" in their words.

I don't know if that helps.
