Can't set a reserve on eBay?

I tried to put an item up for sale on eBay yesterday but was unable to set a reserve. In the help facility it does actually give an example of the reserve facility and I'm sure I used this last year for something else. Just wondering if that facility has been disabled? (I'm sure nobody would put a very high value item like a car up there for example to be sold for £1?

Any advise appreiciated.

If you used eBay.ie there is a minimum reserve rule of €75. If you want to put a smaller reserve use eBay.com which have to be in $.
