Cant log into Paypal confused

Hi all,

Over the past few weeks I havent been able to log into my paypal account on my pc. Its a normal dell pc. I can get onto every other site etc. Even when i go into my ebay and try and get the payment through that.."view paypal payment" it wont go to the page, it says may not be connected to the internet, or may be trouble with the website. I am connected to the internet and When i go to paypal website normally it comes us but when i go to sign in no that comes up.

Bf has a laptop and i can log in there no problem. He has looked at the pc for me and cant understand it. If anyone has any idea's it would be great as I dont have his laptop during the day when i need my paypal account!!

Could it be that your internet security settings prevent you from getting into it?
