Can't find bank to finance property

Can someone give me any details on a bank i can use in Dubai. I want to release equity from property in dubai to raise capital for another project.

I have tried contacting Barclays and HSBC but am making no headway with either bank.

Your help and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

if the bank dont have confidence in the dubai market that might be a sign that you should heed
