Can't access Ulster Bank Esavings acc on line

Hi, My first time posting so hope I get it right. I cannot access details of my Ulster Bank E Savings Account. Also get different information when I try to find out about withdrawing money from my accounts there. Is anyone else having these problems? Getting worried as got letter from them saying can only access 13,000E per day.

E-Savings is only accessible online. You may need to contact Ulster Bank and ask for your online profile to be merged with your current account/credit card account etc.

You will need access to anytime banking if you wish to transact on this as you can not process any debits or credits over the counter in any branch.
