Hi could someone tell me what Im doing wrong with the following..
Put in CD to laptop, installation begins ,however each time a note comes up at stage 3 to say the printer is not connected.IT IS!!
Ive turned both the printer and the laptop off, Ive reinstalled and there doesnt seem to be an issue with the connections.
Anyone know what I should do next?
