Cannot access thread in this forum

Hi mods,

I am trying to acces Cheapest Tracker Mortgage which is in the Key Posts section of this forum but I am getting a message that I do not have permission to access this page.

Is there any reason for this as I can't seem to find anything in the Posting Guidelines section?
