Cancelling an order that has not been delivered.

I bought a sofa recently and paid in full. It's from stock so not a special order. I have changed my mind about it but see from the terms and conditions that I will have to pay 20% of the cost and can only receive the remainder of my payment in a credit note. It has not been delivered yet. Seems very unfair?
 
They're doing you a favour as they are not obliged to give you a refund at all.

Contacted them this morning and I can have a credit note for the full amount so that's fine, no mention of holding back 20%.
That's very good service - whilst not a made to order item, it probably still had to be sourced from a supplier as most furniture stores are really showrooms and they order in as required.
