A relative of mine booked to travel on a tour to the 'Holy Land' and paid for Holiday Insurance as part of this. Due to the current situation in Israel/Lebanon, the tour has been cancelled.
She was told she will get a refund of all the deposits etc. already paid except for the Insurance. I know that technically, she has already had some benefit from this - but sure the major part of the insurance was to cover them when actually on the trip.
Is this reasonable, or should she insist on being refunded in full ?
