Cancelled flight and rescheduling flight Ryanair

My ryanair flight was cancelled for Monday, I actually have 2 flights and both were cancelled, I rescheduled one of them. Is the other one still open for me to reschedule to a different date and route, and can I still reschedule even after the original departure date has passed?
 
They normally advise of the flights available to you to switch to free of charge; when they advise you of the cancellations.

And that notification would have advised you of the process of how to get a refund, if you wished.
 
Yes, but presumably anyone who actually reschedule will do it before the departure date of original flight, what I wanted to know is if the cancelled flight date has passed is the option to reschedule to s different route still open, I would assume it goes obsolete
 
I'm not sure that you can reschedule to a different route in the event of a cancellation.
References seem to allow rescheduling to your destination.
