Can you get more than one Letter of Offer?

Hi,

I am shopping around for the best mortgage (first time buyer) deal at the moment. We have got a letter of offer from one bank and I have just heard of another bank that would offer a better deal. Can I apply to this other bank for a mortgage even though I already have a letter of offer from another bank?

You can apply to as many lenders as you like and get as many letters of loan offer as will issue.

You can only borrow from one - ultimately.
