can toddler bring hand luggage?

just a quick question, flying to faro with toddler and wondering because he is over 2 and now has his own seat, i presume he can bring his own little bag, for toys and stuff??

once you are a paying passanger you've the same entitlements as everyone else.. doesnt matter about age.

I'm not so sure about that. Have you read the T&C's? I'd advise that you do, I seem to remember that children don't have the same entitlements.
