I missed payments on my AIB credit card a few years back due to a serious illness in my family- who live in Italy - caused by medical error. I've since organised a small repayment plan with AIB but my name has been listed on ICB for 5 years as from mid-2006. All my applications for loans are always turned down. I am expecting a big amount in compensation money by the insurers of the hospital whose surgeon created the problem. This has been granted by the Court and will clear by the end of 208. I am earning approx €3500 working part time for three different employers. I have immediate expenses due to the fact that I neglected my own health because of the above and now I need expensive dental treatment. I want to take out a loan of €7000 to do that and pay off my credit card bill during this transitional phase. Can anyone suggest a loan company who may be interested in 'thinking outside the boxes' a little bit?
