Can I transfer to EU account from my Rabodirect.ie

I want to transfer internationally form my Rabodirect account to an Italian account. Everytime I open up the "Add payee" screen it's asking for sort code. AFAIK Italy doesn't use the same sort code system. I have the IBAN (international bank account number) but the fields available don't allow for that.

Has anyone else transfered internationally from Rabodirect into a non-Irish account?

I've searched all over these forums and the Rabo help sections to no avail... :(

That will have to change when SEPA comes into force on 1 February 2014. Thereafter, you will need an IBAN and BIC for payments.
