Can I run an Airbnb in my name from a property owned by a limited company?

I own a limited company abroad, which owns a house, the company is classed as none trading.
The electricity is in my private name as this is a cheaper rate so I had to make out an agreement between the company and myself saying I'm using the electric and Bill's are mine.
My question is,if I wanted to run airbnb from the house, would I have to do it through the company or can I make out some other agreement where I as manager of company allow me to use house for bnb.....then pay my taxes as private person.
It's such a small income and the company route seems very complicated.......any advice?....house has to stay in company name.

The limited company owns the house, so any income from the house should go to the company.

But you could pay the company rent and then sub-let the house or airbnb it.

Having said that, there are planning restrictions on airbnb so you might not be allowed to do it.

Are you living rent-free in the house at the moment? Not sure if there are tax implications of this e.g. BIK.
