Can i retail in Business park question

Hi

I would like to open a warehouse cash and carry type store but also open to direct public
have a warehouse in business campus and wondering if i am allowed to open it or i need to apply for planing permission.
Landlord has no clue and he is renting it warehouse.
There is a garage in same business park but my business would be frozen food items, can food items or other boxes items?
any help highly appreciated!
Can i use supermarket/retail on shelving kind of thing in business camping...

You need to check the actual planning permission attaching to the property. If its a restricted user, then, no, you can't.
