Hi all
The lease agreement between my Bank and I which is the leasing company here has been terminated since November 2nd. I had worked in construction but I have been developing a new business product in a different sector. Currently on JSA and I now live well below the poverty line with family commitments and a wife that works part time. The van was leased in January 08. I negotiated a modest 250 euro payment in 2010 down from 475 euro. Interest on arrears stands at 563 euro and I now owe total of 8351 euro. As this new venture will need a van I was anxious to hold on to it and so decided to park it up for a few months. I can maintain the 250 euro payment going forward.Any advice would be most welcome.
