In 2021 I set up a Limited company and take a small weekly wage from it.
I'am also in fulltime employment and a member of my employers Defined Contribution Scheme.
As the Revenue want to reduce the number of once off pension schemes.
Question is, Can I make AVC contributions from my Limited company to my Defined Contribution scheme?

No, as they're two different employments.

Assuming that the Finance Bill is signed into law unaltered later this month, which is looking likely, in early January you could set up a PRSA and have your company pay into it for you, in excess of the usual age-related limits on pension contributions.
