I'm new here!!!! woo hoo!!!

Anyway, I need to ask some very basic questions about banks & stuff,

1- can I lodge cash into my bank account? (I'm with EBS)
2- What's involved with applying for a credit card?
3- what's exactly happening when I'm using a credit card?
4- ATMs...eh...yeah...what're those things all about?
